We had an incredible stay at this charming hotel tucked away in the peaceful countryside. the staff was welcoming and accommodating, providing us with comfortable rooms that had all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed the stunning view of the mountains from our balcony, adding to the serene atmosphere. the breakfast spread was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. we appreciated the use of bikes to explore the area and witness a breathtaking sunset.
The location of the hotel was a bit remote, requiring a car to easily access nearby attractions.

Satisfying food selection for breakfast, ok rooms, overall solid hotel but nothing special. Good restoran next to the hotel.
Extremely bad coffee for breakfast, hotel location is hard to find, looks like industrial area.

The hotel building is new, hence all is brand new and fine. Rooms are large enough and clean. The hotel is place in the industrial complex of the small town, but it's quiet. There are enough parking lots in front of the hotel.
It's just a bit difficult to arrive to the hotel the first time.

The hotel was modern and clean, with friendly staff. the rooms were well-furnished, and we found the hotel to be very clean. the breakfast offered a variety of options, including ham, cheese, bread, croissants. We also appreciated the free LAN cable provided when the WiFi wasn't working. Despite being located in an industrial area, the hotel was a great base for exploring the surrounding area.
The rooms were on the smaller side, and some of them lacked balconies, making them feel dark and cramped. the hotel's location in an industrial area made it difficult to find, even with GPS.

The location may not be very nice (on the outskirts of Castelmartini), and the hotel may not look very romantic, but the rooms are excellent and you can reach the Tuscany highlights very easily. If you want a good night's sleep this place is the best. Nice, helpful staff. Highly recommended!

The rooms were spotless, modern, and well-equipped. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The location was ideal, offering a serene escape while still being close enough to nearby attractions.
Finding the hotel proved to be a challenge, as it was not well-marked and located slightly off the main road. the hallways and common areas could use a bit more attention, as they appeared slightly neglected.

It's a new hotel with modern, stylish rooms. From ours, we had a great view of the nearby mountains (though also some derelict buildings). The curtain was very effective in blocking the strong morning sun. The ensuite bathroom was big, almost too big given that there's no tub, just a shower. The hotel is reasonably close to the motorway, yet it's in a quiet rural location. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. No problem with parking. Free Wi-Fi in the lobby.
In the room itself there was only wired Internet access - no use with our smartphones, so we had to go down to the lobby for wireless access. The lobby and landings were quite spartan. The dining-room where breakfast was served was only separated from the kitchen with a curtain, so no chance for a tranquil breakfast. Only instant coffee included, strange for Italy (but good espresso in the bar for just €1). No fruit or vegetables for breakfast. The air-con in the room was remotely controlled and only worked at night - in the morning it was already 27-28 °c and we couldn't turn it back on. The room wasn't properly soundproofed; we could hear other guests slamming doors etc. There were no restaurants or shops nearby - had to drive to Monsummano Terme for dinner.
